The project is currently in preliminary planning. The new building concept is created on the basis of the preliminary draft of the architect and worked through until the submission of the building application. The commissioning of the specialist planners takes place in parallel, initially in stages for the Lph 1-2.

The new construction of the sports hall includes a gross floor area (A) of approx. 3,000 sqm.

The planned energy and technology concept should follow the premises of sustainability in order to optimize future maintenance costs. The summer heat protection is particularly important.

The structural implementation of the measure described here starts with the demolition of the inventory on the construction site during the ongoing school operation.
