The City of Espoo will put out to tender the framework agreement for soil and bedrock surveys and related services. The Geotechnical Unit of the City of Espoo conducts or commissions soil and bedrock surveys as well as geotechnical plans on behalf of the city's various organisations, enterprises and group companies.

The Framework Agreement is divided into seven (7) areas as follows:

1. Measurements

2. Kairaukset

3. Porakonekairaukset

4. On-line surveys (measurements, drilling and drill drilling)

5. Geophysical surveys

6. Laboratory tests

7. Rock sample drilling and stress state measurements

The contract is divided into lots so that the tenderer can only bid for a specific area if he so wishes. A maximum of 10 Service Providers will be selected for each area (1-7).

Independent procurement decisions are made for each area.

The City of Espoo will not commit to certain quantities during the contract period.
