Restricted procedure pursuant to art. 61 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the assignment of the executive design and execution of the redevelopment works of the "Santa Fina" social and health center in San Gimignano (SI) - PHASE 1 (with the option of awarding the works relating to PHASE 2) for a total amount based on the tender of € 5,718,123.00 to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender pursuant to art. 95 of the aforementioned decree on the basis of the parameters that will be indicated in the invitation letter, as per the tender specification (CUP H27E14000010005 - CIG 93747944BE).

The intervention involves the reorganization of the Social Health Presidium of Santa Fina in San Gimignano through a redevelopment, restoration and overall restructuring of the former hospital of San Gimignano.

The work of which the intervention is composed, for an amount of € 5,534,212.00, over € 116,366.00 for security charges not subject to reduction, and the qualifications required are as follows:

- OG2 cl. IVbis: € 3.027.177,00, prevailing,

- OG11 cl. IV: € 2.419.669,00, scorporabile,

- AND 12 cl. I: € 203,732.00, scorporabile.

Subcontracting is permitted without limitation.

Avvalimento:

• not admitted for the OG2 category pursuant to Article 146 paragraph 3 of the Code;

• not admitted for the "superspecialized" category OG11 as the relative amount is more than 10% of the total amount of the works, pursuant to Article 1 paragraph 2 of Ministerial Decree 248/2016;

• allowed for the separable category OG12.
