The main sewerage system of the municipality of Zeist needs maintenance. In order to have a good picture of the state of the sewerage system, it must be cleaned and inspected annually. The municipality of Zeist uses the method by first doing a preliminary inspection and cleaning a selection from it in inspection. Calamities can also occur that need to be solved. To this end, the municipality of Zeist is marketing this maintenance contract with several plots.
Lot 1 Pre-inspection SewerageThe municipality has an annual budget available for all activities of approximately € 100,000 excluding VAT. Each annual budget is seen as task-setting and is divided into:
• plot 1 approx. €10.000,-
• plot 2 approx. €50.000,-
• plot 3 approx. €40.000,-
The size of the assignment and the distribution between the lots may change as a result of area changes and budget changes, on the understanding that the total assignment value during the maximum term of 4 years is a maximum of € 800,000.
It is a framework agreement without a turnover guarantee. No rights can be derived from the aforementioned amounts and/or number of partial assignments.
