"IPS - implementation of electronic services for the needs of the project entitled:" Construction of ICT systems supporting the implementation of the 1st Stage of the Intelligent Social Policy Program in Lodz - IPS "co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Lodz Voivodship for the years 2014-2020 '' .

The subject of the contract is: licensing, delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of software implementing electronic services along with the delivery, installation and configuration of tool software, as well as conducting training necessary to launch electronic services for residents planned under the IPS project.

1. The subject of the contract is the granting of licenses, delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of software implementing electronic services together with the delivery, installation and configuration of tool software as well as conducting training necessary to launch electronic services for residents planned under the IPS project.

2. The subject of the contract consists of the following tasks:

2.1. Utility software:

2.1.1. Database engine, according to the requirements described in Annex 1 to OPZ;

2.1.2. CRM software, according to the requirements described in Annex 2 to the OPZ;

2.2. IPS back-office software:

2.2.1. Self-diagnosis, according to the requirements described in Annex 3 to the OPZ;

2.2.2. Data exchange platform, according to the requirements described in Annex 4 to the OPZ;

2.2.3. MOPS applications - Information on vacancies, as required in Annex 5 to the OPZ;

2.2.4. WZiSS - ŁKDR applications, according to the requirements described in Annex 6 to OPZ;

2.2.5. IPS - Analytics, according to the requirements described in Annex 7 to the OPZ;

2.3. IPS front-end software

2.3.1. IPS portal, according to the requirements described in Annex 8 to the OPZ;

2.3.2. Electronic applications, according to the requirements described in Annex 9 to the OPZ;

2.4. training

2.4.1. Training on the IPS application, according to the requirements described in Annex 10 to the OPZ;

2.4.2. Technical training, according to the requirements described in Annex 11 to the OPZ.

3. As part of the service of configuration and installation of delivered devices and software, the Employer requires:

3.1. Preparation of the Order Execution Plan document;

3.2. Preparation of the Technical Design document;

3.3. Software installation and configuration;

3.4. Reconfiguration according to the needs arising from the implementation of the order intended for the implementation of this data processing environment project;

3.5. Implementation of the offered solutions;

3.6. Preparation of as-built documentation;

3.7. Subjecting the solution to Security Audit.

4. After the contract is completed, the Contractor will be required to provide warranty service and technical support for a period of not less than 12 months (as per the Contractor's offer) from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Report by the Employer.

5. Technical and functional parameters of software and services given in Annexes 1 to 11 should be treated as minimum requirements.

6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the ToR.

7. Other obligations of the Contractor arising from the implementation of the contract are specified in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to Chapter II of the ToR.
