The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of heat to the buildings of the Contracting Authority, owned by the m.st of Warsaw in the Mokotów District, specified in Appendix No. 1 to the relevant provisions, on the terms and conditions specified in the comprehensive heat supply agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

The heat will be supplied via a heat carrier – hot water, by means of a heating network to the place specified in the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Comprehensive Agreement. The water temperature will be set in the network water regulation table and a change in the values in the table will not constitute a contract change.
