The Dachau district office plans to build a new high school in Karlsfeld. On the approx. 34,000 m 2nd large area, the 5-speed gymnasium with 4-field sports hall and outdoor sports areas are to be built.

The subject of the order are planning services for the technical building equipment, ALG 470 (specialist course planning) in accordance with. § 53 ff. HOAI 2013, LPH 1-3 and 5-9, with gradual assignment. Possibly. special services will be commissioned, in particular:

- Participate in drawing up an in-depth, qualified cost estimate;

- Participate in setting up and updating an in-depth cost calculation;

- Development and 2. updating of the technical part of a room book;

- Complete provision of all documents in 3D.

Conditions:

- The 5-course high school must be planned in such a way that extensions to 6-courses are possible;

- The Munich learning house concept should be taken into account in the planning;

- Sports hall units (4-field).

The complete planning based on a 3D model is an option for this project, which is currently still being investigated.

Procedure:

Should negotiations take place, these are expected to take place in the second half of September. The service begins immediately after the order has been placed. Construction is scheduled to start in mid-2022 and completion is scheduled for July 2025. The completion date is to be understood as a fixed date.
