The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the field of construction of three retention and drainage reservoirs along with the necessary land development, i.e. construction of pedestrian and driving routes, lighting of the reservoir area, planting ornamental plants, execution of flower meadows and lawns, assembly of small architecture and reconstruction of 303 Dywizjonu Street in the scope of construction of a roadway, bicycle path, sidewalk with rainwater sewage system and road lighting, divided into parts:

Part No. 1: Construction of a retention reservoir at 303 Dywizjonu Street along with the reconstruction of 303 Dywizjonu Street,

Part No. 2: Construction of retention and drainage reservoirs at the intersection of Zaborowska and Legionów Polski streets.

1) The scope of the contract includes, in particular:

a) construction of a retention and drainage reservoir, i.e. construction of an open, partially permanently filled with water reservoir. Part of the tank permanently filled with water will be sealed with a geomembrane made of 2.0mm thick PEHD film with welded joints.

b) construction of walking paths – hardened ground surface,

c) assembly of elements of small architecture,

d) reconstruction of the roadway with a concrete slab surface and construction of a new technical road

asphalt surfaces,

e) reconstruction of sidewalks,

f) construction of a bicycle path,

g) reconstruction of the parking bay,

h) construction of a bus platform,

i) construction of a rainwater sewage system with pre-treatment devices,

j) reconstruction of road lighting and construction of lighting in the reservoir area,

k) landscaping,

l) installation of bus shelters,

and

m) execution of the as-built geodetic inventory;

n) execution of any other accompanying works necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular specified in the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and in bills of quantities.

The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are indicated in the model contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) construction of a technical road with an asphalt surface,

b) construction of walking paths – hardened ground surface,

c) construction of a rainwater sewage system with pre-treatment devices,

d) construction of a system of retention and drainage reservoirs,

e) construction of lighting in the reservoir area,

f) landscaping,

g) assembly of elements of small architecture,

and

h) execution of the as-built geodetic inventory;

i) execution of any other accompanying works necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular specified in the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and in bills of quantities.
