The object of this contract is the complete renovation of the public spaces in Verviers' city center (from front to front), from the Grand Theater to the Town Hall. The surface interventions are accompanied by a renewal and / or displacement of certain people located in the area of the site.

In addition to the road works, the relocation work of concessionaires is planned in divisions 2 to 5 of the market. Trenches, supplies and installations are the responsibility of the network operators.

All materials to be used in this undertaking are new and are to be provided by the Contractor, unless otherwise specified in this Specification.

The renewal of certain sections of dewatering is also planned in this market.

The contracting authority also intends to combat social dumping and social fraud.

Division 1: work focuses on demolitions, the construction of new road infrastructures, parks and gardens, street furniture, drainage, civil engineering works (retaining walls, etc.), various equipment (planters, underground containers, traffic lights, etc.), horizontal and vertical road signs, the renovation of monuments and any other work excluded from lot n o 2.

The lot also includes the work covered by divisions 2 to 5 (dealer relocation work)

Division 1: new Green Square awning, new Fisher yard awning, new bus shelters. The work also includes electrical equipment, water management, earthworks and the construction of the buried foundation works of these structures.
