1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps, as part of the Project entitled: "RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES AND SOLAR INSTALLATIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF REDY AND THE CITY OF PUCK AS WELL AS THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LUZINO, LINIA, ŁĘCZYCE AND GNIEWINO". The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union, under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 10 Energy, Measure 10.03. Renewable energy sources, Sub-measure 10.3.1 Renewable energy sources – grant support co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the purchase, delivery and assembly of:

a) photovoltaic installations, in the amount of 31 sets,

b) 1 ground heat pump with photovoltaic installation, in the amount of 1 set,

which will be carried out respectively on / in public buildings or on the basis of these plots.

The subject of part No. 1 of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installation sets for the production of electricity on / in public buildings or on the ground of these plots, in the Municipality of Reda and the Municipalities: Luzino, Linia, Łęczyce, including, among others:

1) 31 sets of photovoltaic installation kits,

- the quantities of individual sets and their minimum power and locations are specified in Annex 6.2a to the SWZ entitled Quantitative list of sets (...); - detailed data of Project users shall be provided by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor with whom the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be concluded.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract have been specified, respectively to the part of the contract, in the technical documentation constituting Annex 6a and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5a to this SWZ.

The subject of part No. 2 of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of a ground heat pump with a photovoltaic installation, on / in a public utility building, in the Linia Commune, including, among others:

1) 1 heat pump with the installation of a photovoltaic set, in the amount of 1 set,

- the type of heat pump, the minimum power of the photovoltaic set and the location are specified in Annex 6.2b to the SWZ entitled Quantitative list of the set (...); - details of the Project user will be provided by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor with whom the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be concluded.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract have been specified, respectively to the part of the contract, in the technical documentation constituting Annex 6b and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5b to this SWZ.
