A thalassotherapy center is being built in Horumersiel.

Extensive construction work is planned for the former "spa centre" Horumersiel. The building will receive an extension with an escape staircase in the form of a pergola and a new swimming pool in the basement of the existing building.

The construction services to be provided by the Contractor are explained in the service items.

Basics:

All dimensions specified in the planning drawings provided must be checked after the shell has been built on the building. The work must be carried out in such a way that the building fabric is largely protected. In the event of damage, the construction management must be informed immediately.

Technical requirements:

The Contractor shall provide all services necessary for the preparation of the specifications in accordance with the specifications and for the fulfilment of official requirements and acceptances. All components offered must be freely available on the market.

All services include the delivery, assembly or manufacture and installation of the described components and materials, including unloading, storage and transport on the construction site up to the finished service, unless expressly stated otherwise in the LV text. The manufacturing process and sequence up to the finished service is based on the recognized rules of technology and the implementation provisions of the DIN standards.
