Project management services for the construction of a new regional training center (RTZ) with an AMOK-TE training hall in Duisburg.

The construction and real estate company NRW, branch in Duisburg, is planning a regional training center (RTZ) for the police at the Hoffsche Straße 220 - 246 location. On the approx. 16 720m 2nd large plot of land acquired in 2018, according to the usage concept of the state police of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, a building complex of approx. 5 112 m 2nd (BGF) arise.

The planning and construction of a regional training center for the NRW police force is based in principle on the RTZ sample construction description and, in relation to the Amok-TE training hall, on the Amok-TE training facility functionality description. To facilitate the overview, all standard documents are listed in the user target, which can be provided by the NRW police as a planning basis for the BLB NRW to set up the training facilities. A clean, empty building area is available for the structural implementation of the overall project.
