The North Karelia Procurement Department will request your tender for the heating oil (light fuel oil, summer and winter grade and motor fuel oil) to be used by the cities, municipalities and joint municipal authorities involved in the joint procurement for the contract period 01.11.2022 - 31.12.2024 + one (1) year option option.

This is an accelerated open procurement procedure, please note the shortened tender period.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.

The product offered shall comply with the provisions adopted by the direct-obliging acts of the European Union, the laws and regulations of Finland and the authorities.
