The object of this contract is the provision of the comprehensive maintenance service for the buildings and facilities of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of the Social Security of Cádiz for the period from 1.9.2020 to 31.8.2021, according to the defined specifications. in the attached Specific Technical Specifications Sheet.

The purpose of this specification is to establish the conditions and rules for the maintenance of existing equipment, and that which may be installed during the term of the contract, in the dependencies listed below:

- headquarters of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration 11/01, located at Avenida Amílcar Barca, 5 in Cádiz,

- Integral Social Security office of Algeciras, located on the Cádiz-Málaga 2A road,

- Social Security Administration of Jerez de la Frontera, located at c / Ancha, 5,

- Social Security administration of El Puerto de Santa María, located at c / Luja, 4,

- Chiclana de la Frontera Comprehensive Social Security office, located at c / Hoyo del Membrillo, 5 y 7,

- Villamartín Executive Collection unit, located at Avenida de Arcos, 69,

- archive-Provincial Warehouse, located in Cádiz, c / Ciudad de San Roque, s / n.

As well as specific actions to conserve unused premises, located in:
