- Technical planning of technical equipment according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, Plant Groups 1-6 and 8
The client intends to carry out the following construction project: The measure is the complete renovation of the Heinrich Mann School. Essential components are the upgrading of the electrical engineering, the improvement of fire protection as well as the fundamental energy optimisation of the school building and the sports hall. The outdoor facilities are also part of the measure and must be redesigned according to the school's concept.
The estimated construction costs for the cost groups 200 – 500 amount to 13,669,205 € net.
The object of the award are planning services with the following service profiles:
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG1 Sewerage, Water and Gas Plants, LPH 2-9
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG2 Heat Supply Systems, LPH 2-9
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG3 Lufttechnische Anlagen, LPH 2-9
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG4 Power Systems, LPH 2-9
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG5 Telecommunications and Information Technology Systems, LPH 2-9
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, ALG6 Conveyor Systems, LPH 2-9

To this end, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the aforementioned performance profiles and have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
