The subject of this contract is the supply of equipment for the needs of the Center for Innovation and Pro-Health and Food Safety Research of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow. The equipment is to be delivered to a specific laboratory indicated by the Ordering Party at the Center for Innovation and Pro-Health and Food Safety Research of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow – Krakow, 104 Balicka Street. A detailed description of the quantity and technical parameters of the equipment is provided in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ divided into 3 partial tasks. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids within the scope of 3 partial tasks. The Contracting Authority shall not specify the maximum number of lots for which partial bids may be submitted by one Contractor. Tenders may be submitted for all lots.
