the service includes: - on the one hand, the annual realization of two mystery call campaigns organized over a period of 3 weeks during the following periods: - June-July for the 1st campaign; - September-October for the 2nd campaign.- and, on the other hand, the production of deliverables. The scope of this contract covers the entire national territory: metropolitan France and the five (5) overseas departments and regions (Drom).
