Vadsø kommune needs interpretation services and shall enter into a three year framework agreement.

The scope of the agreement is estimated to be 2 250 000 NOK.

The framework agreement comprises interpretation services over the telephone in the following languages: Arabic, Somali, Tigrinja, Dari, Pashto, Farsi, Nepalese, Sorani, Amharic, Russian. These languages cover approx. 90 % of the municipality's need for interpretation services. The Contracting Authority needs interpreting in other languages, but the volume and which languages varies annually. Therefore there is provision for the Contracting Authority to be able to utilise other service providers to perform interpreting services in languages other than those listed here.

The annual scope is estimated to be 750 000 NOK, altogether 2 250 000 NOK for the duration of the framework agreement. The annual volume may vary based on changes in need, grants, organisation and other framework terms. The Contracting Authority is not bound to a particular volume and will purchase as needed.
