The subject of the contract is the field implementation of the MAIN STUDY TIMSS 2023 in Poland.
The TIMSS 2023 survey will be conducted using computers in primary schools among students from random classes of the fourth grade, using software provided by the Ordering Party, as well as using research tools in paper form (parent surveys). The survey among students is of an auditorium nature. Students use computers to complete a test in mathematics and science and a questionnaire.
The Ordering Party shall lend the Contractor 120 computer sets (computer, power supply, mouse) intended for the implementation of tests that meet the requirements. The remaining number of computers necessary for the execution of the contract is provided by the contractor.

The questionnaire in the electronic version must also be completed by: the school head and teachers of mathematics and science of the classes drawn for the survey, the presence of an interviewer when completing these questionnaires is not necessary.
The paper questionnaire must also be completed by the parent/legal guardian of the student participating in the study, the Contractor's task is to provide the parent's questionnaire to the school, provide it to the school study coordinator (hereinafter SKB) together with the consent for the child's participation in the study and collect it on the day of the research session among students.
The Ordering Party shall lend the Contractor 120 computer sets (computer, power supply, mouse) intended for the implementation of tests that meet the requirements. The rest of the computers necessary to complete the order are provided by the Contractor.
