No. 398 (ID.n. VEB0918) to be allocated to accommodation of the Port Authority as well as optional assignment pursuant to art. 111, co. 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments of the Works Management and safety coordination during the execution and cadastral update phase at the end of the works. The service must comply with the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 23 June 2022.

Main performance

PHASE 1:

Plan and execution of stratigraphic, structural and geognostic investigations with execution and reading of the cores by the archaeologist;

Execution / updating / integration of the survey of geometric, architectural, structural and plant characteristics, aimed at acquiring full knowledge of the actual state of the asset to be returned also in BIM mode;

Verification of static and seismic vulnerability of the building;

Energy Audit;

PFTE design to be returned also in BIM mode
