Support and development services for service and product contact point information system ('CCIS') software ('PV').
Support and development services of the CCIS PO consist of:
1. CCIS PO base support services, which are provided on a continuous basis;
2. Outsourced KCIS PO development services which are provided at the hourly rate of one expert of the supplier specified in the tender at the contracting authority's orders in accordance with the actual time of delivery of these services, agreed with the Contracting Authority.
