The services relate to normal maintenance (i.e. non-omnium) involving, among other things, preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustment, breakdown service, repair, removal, installation and, if necessary, replacement of the construction parts described below:

— building and furniture locksmith, including key management;

— interior and exterior metal joinery, including hardware;

— mechanical components of electrified/automatic/security doors;

—decorative metalwork;

— metallic constructions;

— specific services, small fittings or refurbishment.
