The subject of the contract is the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions, decisions, including administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works for the task consisting in the construction of a tram route in Maślika with full accompanying infrastructure and a "Park & Ride" car park in the area of the tram terminus along with the author's supervision. The tram route in Maślika is to run from the existing track in Pilczycka Street to the tram terminus, which should be located in the area between the N-Park shopping mall (at Królewiecka Street) and railway line No. 273.

The scope of the task includes the development of project documentation m.in. for:
- construction of a tram route on the section indicated above, together with the necessary infrastructure, as well as pedestrian and bicycle paths,
-construction of a power supply for a tram route with a rectifier station,
-construction of a tram or tram-bus terminus taking into account the connection with bus stops and the planned railway stop,
- construction of a Park & Ride car park in the area of the tram terminus, along with lighting and infrastructure necessary for the installation of monitoring, induction loops, barriers,
-construction and reconstruction of the necessary road infrastructure along the tram route, including pedestrian and bicycle paths,
-drainage and lighting of the entire section of the tram route,
-construction/reconstruction of a bridge structure,
-maximum protection of trees and planting greenery,
-demolition of conflicting buildings (residential buildings, transformer station at Rędzińska Street, garden gazebos, demolition of roads and its elements),
-reconstruction of collision networks,
-installation of bus stop equipment and small architecture.
