2) Provide compliant services that are flexible and responsive to the needs of each individual school.
3) Ensure robust safeguarding procedures to support a safe environment in which the children can learn and develop.
4) Ensure that best value is achieved for participating academies. The Trust expects to benefit from the expected economies of scale of contracting out the service as a network of schools.
