The subject matter of this framework contract is to:
1) purchase of motor fuel (petrol 95 and 98 and diesel (summer, winter) with a loyalty card using a discount through the retail network (from filling stations),
2) the purchase of motor fuel (diesel fuel) with delivery for floating equipment belonging to AS Saarte Liinid using the PANDA and the floating dredger WATERMASTER at a discount, and
(3)the operation by the tenderer of refuelling points in nine ports owned by the contracting authority (Roomassaare, Kuivastu, Heltermaa, Triigi, Papissaare, Munalaiu, Laaksaare, Rohuküla, Virtsu), together with the use of the relevant assets belonging to the contracting authority during the period of validity of the framework contract, in accordance with the possession and use of the provider of filling stations.
The estimated amount of fuel to be purchased under the framework contract during the framework contract period (60 months) is 780 000 litres.
The maximum amount of fuel that can be purchased under a framework contract during the framework contract period (60 months) is 950 000 litres.
