Framework agreement on the renewal of the existing audio system, maintenance and reprogramming of the media control, including procurement of new equipment.

Due to the advanced lifecycle of the inventory audio platform and the fact that it no longer corresponds to the state of the art, a new hardware environment for audio and video transmissions needs to be implemented. For this purpose, an own AV compatible media technology network is to be established.

The object of the contract is the establishment of an overall system, including the completion of operational standaby* by the contractor on the basis of a contract for services and the system service and the further development of the overall system, including the procurement of new equipment.

The contractor is responsible for the repair, maintenance, hardware and software procurement, repair, programming and documentation of the media equipment.
