Provision of school cleaning services to a high standard for a large secondary school of approximately 1 830 students. The site contains a variety of buildings of differing ages and construction and further details are provided in the ITT. The contract will be for daily cleaning during term time and periodic deep cleans outside term times. It is intended that the contract will be fixed price in nature, with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the minimum number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years from 1.2.2019, with possible extension of up to a further 2 years.
