The Danish Environmental Protection Agency postpones competition for support, maintenance and further development of the IT system Digital Environmental Administration (DMA) - https://dma.mst.dk/. Digital Environmental Administration (DMA) is a system where environmental data for companies and livestock farms are exhibited. The system aims to collect, store, quality assure, analyse and exhibit environmental data as well as provide tools for use by authorisation and supervisory authorities, businesses and citizens in the form of reporting solutions, report display modules and knowledge-sharing components.
Digital Environmental Administration (DMA) is a complex of IT systems that the Danish Environmental Protection Agency maintains and/or develops at all times to support the environmental area in Denmark, including integrations to external systems. DMA is role-driven and the user interface is targeted at the different actors (Anonymous user, Company, Authority, Administrator). This means, for example, that the supervisory and approval authorities have access to more environmental data, tools and functionalities (e.g. Input Data) than the anonymous user has. The DMA system exhibits, among other things, information on supervised companies and contains almost 70,000 companies. Around 17,000 inspections are carried out each year and around 1700 decisions and 7500 enforcements are notified each year.
The supplier must be responsible for support (including operational monitoring), maintenance and further development of DMA. The maintenance includes, among other things, maintenance of DMA, so that the system constantly maintains its operational function and usability and is kept up-to-date. Further development includes, among other things, the development or adaptation of components that add new functionality to the system, e.g. as a result of changed legislation.
