The Neue Bahnstadt Opladen GmbH is planning on behalf of the city of Leverkusen the expansion of a residential street with lawns and tree plantings. As part of the gardening and landscaping work advertised here, the new area "Anger" is produced.

Gardening and landscaping for the development of a residential street with lawns and tree plantings with the following individual services:

- demolition asphalt base course,

- ground works 800 m 3 .

- Delivery and installation of about 1200 m 2 Concrete paving surface with base layers,

- Delivery and installation of approximately 200 m precast concrete elements, partly as a special component,

- 500 m 2 Raseneinsaat,

- Delivery and installation of approximately 12 trees,

- drainage,

- brick wall (h = 45 cm L = 13 m),

- internals such as trashcans, bollards, bench pads,

- completion care and development care.
