Yearly subsea inspection works comprising ROV inspections on offshore foundations and scour survey of the seabed for the years 2022 and 2023 with an optional prolongation for additional 2 years.

The Scope of Work shall comprise the following two subsea inspections of the Trianel Windpark Borkum:

- Scope of Work 1 (SOW1) - ROV Inspection: Annual inspection of the foundations and the cable exits to determine the current condition by means of visual recording and measurement. TWB plans to do inspections at 11 tripod locations each year as well as one offshore substation site every two years.

- Scope of Work (SOW2) - Scour Survey: Annual survey of scour formation with the aid of bathymetric survey using multibeam echosounder equipment (MBES). The depth profile of the seabed is to be measured in a radius of 50 meters from the centre of the foundation structure. TWB plans to do inspections at 20 tripod locations each year as well as one offshore substation site every two years.
