Open procedure, with double object, for the selection of a private partner for the purpose of activating a public-private partnership, pursuant to art. 17 of Legislative Decree no. 175 of 19 August 2016 "Consolidated Law on publicly owned companies" and the assignment to the same of the design, construction, management and maintenance of an Innovation Infrastructure dedicated to agro-industrial technologies - INFRAGRI.

Open tender procedure, with a double object, to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, pursuant to Articles. 60, 95, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, for the selection of the economic operator who will be a private partner of the University as part of the institutionalized public-private partnership operation pursuant to art. 17 of Legislative Decree. 19 August 2016 n.175, through the establishment of a mixed company, for the duration of 18 years and the assignment to the aforementioned mixed company of the design, construction, management and maintenance of the Technological Innovation Infrastructure dedicated to agro-industrial technologies, in accordance with the Project called "INFRAGRI-The Innovation Infrastructure for Agro-Industrial Technologies" - Mur project code: ITEC0000002; CUP: E63C22001330005, COR: 8979691, CIG: 977573688B, with an estimated total cost of € 21,850,000.00 (of which about € 10,706,500.00 million correspond to the facility granted by the MUR to the University and the remaining € 11,143,500.00 million invested by private operators).
