The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of food equipment for the needs of CMAR Paca's Regional Apprenticeship Training Centres (CRAF).
The services are divided into nine (9) separately allocated lots.
The framework agreement is concluded according to the formalised procedure. This is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R.2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.
The services give rise to a single-awarded framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, without minimum and with a maximum in quantity for the total duration of the framework agreement. The maximum quantities provided for are indicated in the CCTP and the UPO of each of the lots of this Framework Agreement.
The framework agreement is concluded for a period of eight (8) months from its notification. It is not renewable.
