The adoption includes:

- the operation of the kitchen and the preparation of meals in the residential care center Het Meerlehof.

- the organization of the maintenance of the premises and of the dishwasher of the commercial kitchen

- the supply of raw materials, the responsibility for and supervision of the preparation of meals up to and including distribution, the supply of the products necessary for the organization of the maintenance and dishwasher of the mass catering.
