The present invitation to tender includes the award of construction services for heating and cooling.
The heating system includes the connection to the district heating network of the city of Marktoberdorf. In the central heating system, the secondary network is set up by means of a distributor. The parts of the building are supplied by the distributor by means of various climbing points. On the floor, the connection to the respective underfloor heating distributors takes place. The gym is heated by radiant ceiling panels. Further heating strings for the supply of the heating registers of the three ventilation systems go off the distributor. The pressure rating is PN 6. The underfloor heating is separated from the main distribution network in the building via another system separation. The replenishment, pressure maintenance and complete pump technology is housed in the central heating system.
The refrigeration technology comprises a 15 kW refrigeration system divided into three separate indoor and outdoor systems. The refrigeration technology supplies three electrical, server rooms in the basement.
