Solidaris, Union Nationale des Mutualités Socialistes and its partners regularly recruit candidates with relatively varied profiles for whom publication via a recruitment site is necessary. We aim to publish job offers in Dutch and French that can reach a range of sectors and that will allow us to collect applications corresponding to the different profiles sought.

This contract concerns online job posting services for a period of 12 months with 3 tacit renewals of the same duration.

The market is divided into fourteen lots:

- Lot 1: Publication of online job offers on a so-called generalist site, i.e. aimed at a set of functions - EN

- Lot 2: Publication of online job offers on a site specialized in the field of computer science (IT) - EN

- Lot 3: Publication of online job offers on a site specialized in the medical and paramedical field- EN

- Lot 4: Publication of online job offers on a site specialized in the non-commercial field – FR

- Lot 5: Publication of job offers online on a site specialized in the financial field - EN

- Lot 6: Access to a database of active CVs – FR

- Lot 7: Access to a database of active CVs for the IT field - FR

- Lot 8: Publication of online job offers on a so-called generalist site, i.e. aimed at a set of functions - NL

- Lot 9: Publication of online job offers on a site specialized in the field of computer science (IT) - NL

- Lot 10: Publication of online job offers on a site specialized in the medical and paramedical field – NL

- Lot 13: Access to a database of CVs active in the field of informatics (IT) – NL

Lot 1 concerns the possibility for the contracting authority and its partner entities to benefit from a generalist online tender publication service. By generalist, we mean a site offering profiles all coming, that is to say as much in relation to the status (employee / worker) as the type of functions (example: administration, finance, accounting, IT, marketing, communication, human resources, customer contact, technical, etc.)

Lot 10 concerns the possibility for the contracting authority and its partner entities to benefit from an online tender publication service specialised in the medical and/or paramedical field: doctor, psychologist, physiotherapist, nurse, public health specialist, etc.

The objective of lot 11 is to enable the contracting authority and its partner entities to benefit from an online tender publication service specialised in the financial and/or insurance field: accountant, financial controller, internal auditor

Thanks to the use of search criteria (at least: keyword search allowing a "Boolean approach" type search and pre-established criteria such as location), access to the database must allow the adjudicator and its partners to identify candidates with interesting profiles with regard to the tender

The list of candidates will be organized according to the relevance of the applications to the research.

A sorting on the date of update of their application can be made allowing the adjudicator to visualize the best results vis-à-vis its criteria.

The contracting authority and its partners wish to be able to view the application documents posted online by the candidate and to be able to contact them independently.

The proposed solution must precisely give unlimited access to CVs over the fixed period and the related tariff.

Individual access must be granted to all members of the recruitment team, namely a dozen people with the possibility of adding/modifying access according to the evolution of the team.
