The subject of the contract is the implementation of an ERP class system in a unit of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk based on the technology provided by the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an ERP class system in a unit of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk based on the technology provided by the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract consists of a basic contract and a contract covered by the right of option.

2. The subject of the order includes:

1) Basic order:

a) carrying out analytical work as part of the Analysis (Step 1);

b) Implementation of the System (Stage 2);

(c) the implementation of the Stabilisation of the System (Step 3).

2) order optional:

a) provision of System Maintenance Services (Stage 4);

b) provision of Ordered Services (Stage 5).
