Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Parczew Commune and from PSZOK from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Parczew municipality from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 from the owners of real estate where residents live and from PSZOK. Due to the number of characters, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Parczew in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 from the owners of real estate where residents live and from PSZOK. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect the following types of municipal waste: 1) Mixed municipal waste with codes 200301, 200399, 200199 (estimated amount – 920 Mg), 2) Selectively collected waste (estimated amount – 2390) divided into: a) Paper and cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (80 Mg); b) Metal, plastics, metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (400 Mg); c) Glass and glass packaging waste (300 Mg); d) Bio-waste (1000 Mg); e) ash (40 mg); f) electronics, household appliances ( 20 Mg ) g) Bulky waste (40 Mg) h) Waste delivered to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (510 Mg): - Paper and cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste; - Metal, plastics, metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste; - Glass and glass packaging waste; - Bio-waste; - Green waste; - Expired medications; -Chemicals; - Used batteries and accumulators; - Waste electrical and electronic equipment; - Furniture and other bulky waste; - Construction and demolition waste – in the amount of 0.5m3 from single-family and homestead buildings and in the amount of 0.25 m3 for each unit from multi-family housing in a given calendar year; - Worn tires – in the amount of 4 pcs. from the household in the calendar year; -Ash; - waste not eligible as household medical waste resulting from the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes; - hazardous waste. 3. Collection of waste listed in paragraph 2 shall be carried out by different vehicles for individual waste fractions, i.e. mixed municipal waste, separately collected municipal waste, ash. 4. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to collect municipal waste with the following frequencies: a) Multi-family housing (city area): • Mixed municipal waste (codes 20 03 01, 20 03 99, 20 01 99) - will be collected into containers provided by the Contractor with capacities of 1100 l and 7000 l set in places indicated by the property manager (rubbish gazebos, designated places for containers). The frequency of collection of mixed waste by the Contractor – at least twice a week between 7.00 and 17.00. Selectively collected municipal and packaging waste (codes 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 08, 20 02 01 and 15 01 01.15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06,ex 15 01 06 , 15 01 07, 15 01 09,). Selective collection of municipal waste in multi-family housing will take place into specialized containers with capacities of 1100l and 7000l provided by the Contractor. The frequency of collection of this waste by the Contractor, depending on the location, between 7.00 and 17.00: paper and cardboard containers, paper packaging waste, cardboard packaging waste – at least twice a week; containers for metal, plastics, metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste, multi-material packaging waste – at least twice a week; glass containers and glass packaging waste – at least twice a week; bio-waste containers – at least twice a week. b) Single-family housing: • Mixed municipal waste (codes 20 03 01, 20 03 99, 20 01 99) – from 1 April to 31 October – once every two weeks/from 1 November to 31 March – once a month; • Due to the limited number of characters, the full scope of the order has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
