Entrusting specialist support to the institutional positioning of the General Command of the Corps of Port Authorities and operational support, as well as for the performance of technical obligations- administrative and technical-regulatory related to the implementation of projects based on European and national resources, in order to stipulate a Framework Agreement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18.04.2016, Article 54 and subsequent amendments with a maximum duration of 48 months for an amount up to €3,744,480.00 excluding VAT, with an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code, up to a further 48 months for a maximum amount of €3,744,480.00 VAT excluded.
