MDU procures a consultant who will focus on strategically and operationally driving Electrification Hub's skills supply work and development work linked to WP 4 Competence and Attraction. As part of that work, it includes driving a comprehensive competence development offer for competence exchange and re-skilling, across higher education institutions, but also efforts around competence sharing and other things that in various ways support the competence work.
