Contract for service and maintenance of a top system for central operational control. The contract partners are Normatic AS and Stad Municipalities.

Stad Municipality has a top system for the central operational control plant that was delivered by Normatic AS. Normatic AS sees to the maintenance and follow-up of central operational control plants at waterworks and municipal buildings in the municipality. A potential change of supplier for the delivery of top system operation would involve a significant cost for Stad Municipality, and would take a long time and require a large number of internal resources. We believe that in practice there is only one supplier that can provide this service for Stad Municipality. The contract will be valid from the date it is signed until potentially 2028 (including a 2 year option). The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with Normatic AS for the service and maintenance of a central operational control plant from November 2022. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the PPR § 13-1 (5) cf. § 13-4 b) 3.
