The contracting entities Mestaritoiminta Oy and Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy request your quotation for filters for ventilation machines for properties they maintain/own in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. Mestaritoiminta Oy is responsible for the implementation of the procurement authorised by Järvenpää Mestariasuntot.
Mestaritoiminta Oy is part of the City of Järvenpää Group and provides service and maintenance services for residential properties owned by both the City of Järvenpää and its in-house partner Järvenpää Mestariasunnot. The City of Järvenpää's property complex includes a total of about 150 properties, including schools, day-care centres, a library, sports facilities, etc. public buildings. Järvenpää Mestariasunnot owns approximately 60 residential properties in the Järvenpää area. As part of the property management service agreement, Mestaritoiminta Oy replaces approximately 2,000 IV filters per year in different types of properties.
The object of the procurement is filters that can be replaced with different types of ventilation units and ventilation units from different manufacturers. The contract period is one calendar year from the date of signing the agreement and a possible extension period of three calendar years (option). Contracts awarded on the basis of competitive tendering are framework agreements for the procurement of various ventilation filters during the contract period. Master Operations does not commit to announced or estimated procurement volumes in advance, but products are procured during the contract period as needed.
In properties serviced by Master Activities, ventilation filters are changed 1-3 times a year. The aim is to optimise the replacement interval on a property-specific basis so that filter replacement is carried out only according to actual need.
The requirements set for the content of the tender and the filters requested, as well as the suitability and eligibility criteria for the tenderers, are described in this invitation to tender and in the accompanying documents. The contract shall be drawn up on the draft contract appended to this invitation to tender, and to the extent not specifically specified in the invitation to tender or its documents, the general terms and conditions of JYSE 2022 Goods shall apply. The tenderer is required to interpret these documents as an expert in IV filters. If the tenderer notices any shortcomings in the information provided that may affect the content of the tender, they must be inquired about in advance (see the section on supplementary questions and additional information in the invitation to tender).
