the purpose of this contract is the supply of guaranteed active electrical energy, necessary for the supply of direct current and without any alteration of all the needs of the Delivery Points (Pdl) of the sites of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Grand Est Region and certain associated structures. This supply is understood as a "single contract" comprising access to and use of the public distribution system managed by the distribution system operator, hereinafter referred to as the DSO, and including the capacity mechanism as well as the responsibility for balancing with the associated services.
