1. The subject of the contract is the execution of design works, the implementation of construction works and the delivery of complete equipment as part of the investment task entitled: Construction of two pavilions of accommodation of prisoners with accompanying infrastructure in the External Branch in Koszalin of the Detention Center in Koszalin in the formula "design and build".

2. The subject of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 is to be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract described by means of a functional and utility program, which was drawn up pursuant to Article 103(2), (3) and (4) of the PPL Act.

3. The description of the subject of the contract is the functional and utility program, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
