The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of residential properties located in the city of Piastów in the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2021 on the conditions set out in the ToR, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex A to the ToR. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of residential properties located in the city of Piastów, the scope of which includes:

1) collecting mixed municipal waste and delivering it to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK), 2) collecting municipal waste collected in a selective manner in accordance with the Regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Piastów in force during the term of the contract, from owners of real estate residing in in the City of Piastów, 3) management (recovery and neutralization) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the provisions of law and the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the Resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship No. 3/19 of 22.1.2019 regarding the adoption of the Economy Plan Waste for the Mazowieckie Voivodship 2024 with annexes and Resolution No. 4/19 of the Mazovian Voivodeship Sejmik regarding the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship 2024 with attachments regarding the western region, 4) conducting in the area of M Pasteów of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),

5) equipping the property with bags and containers for the collection of particular types of waste.
