Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority approved a proposal to construct a new state of the art Fire, Ambulance and Police Emergency Services Hub at the West Ashlands site in Buckinghamshire. The value range of this project is 7 000 000 — 9 000 000 GBP
This tender exercise and the construction process will be delivered through the Building Information Modelling (BIM) procedure. The final result of this process will allow the Authority to use the Model upon completion for the day to day management of the completed site.
The tender is a two stage restricted procedure. As a works contract, the PAS91 PQQ will be used for stage one.
