The existing application, the core of which consists mainly of custom software, must be replaced in its entirety by the new application service provider during the Implementation phase, including hosting the application as a SaaS service. The municipality of Amsterdam is looking for a Tenderer and implementation and management partner who can offer a technology/application that gives substance to the required functionalities and ambitions of the City Works Department. In addition, it is requested that the relevant Tenderer takes care of the realization and implementation.

We are looking for a SaaS solution that supports the BOR execution processes for day-to-day management. The new application must be put into use before 1 July 2023 with the minimum necessary functionality and be fully implemented and in use before 1 January 2024.
