The purpose of the framework agreement with multi-attribute order forms is to provide assistance services for the recruitment of the following categories of staff: senior staff and senior staff, from coefficient 360 to coefficient 850 (excluding executives) according to the definition of the collective agreement of the financial companies or equivalent according to the other collective agreements of the members of the UES for the needs of the housing action group. Senior managers, coefficient 900 according to the definition of the collective agreement of the financial companies or equivalent, according to the other collective agreements of the members of the UES and the collaborators to whom the ruling status is attributed are excluded from this framework agreement. Action Logement also reserves the right to proceed with its own recruitment.
