The consultation is carried out pursuant to articles L. 2113-12, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. These are single-award framework agreements with purchase orders pursuant to articles R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code (item 2 of lots 1 to 8) whose services will vary as follows: minimum: regular services (DPGF) /maximum: minimum +250 000.00 EUR excluding VAT for lots 1 to 8 and for lot 9, minimum 50,000.00 EUR excl. VAT /maximum: 500 000,00 EUR excl. VAT.
Lots 1 to 8 are contracts reserved for companies adapted in accordance with Article L. 2113-12 of the Public Order Code relating to reserved markets.
