The Joint Framework Agreement provides for the supply of Class "m" rural tanker trucks (Category 2 CCRM) for the SDIS 79.

In accordance with article R. 2162-3, the framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. It may be supplemented by the conclusion of subsequent contracts.

The framework agreement is passed with no minimum and no maximum.

The framework agreement is single-member. It will be concluded with a single economic operator.

The part of the Framework Agreement that will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders is for Class "M" off-road rural tanker trucks (Category 2 CCRM).

Purchase orders will be issued in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14.

The framework agreement may result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the acquisition of off-highway rural tanker trucks (CCRL).
