1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, commissioning and installation of a mobile operating table with a floating top made of polymer carbon fibre together with the equipment, hereinafter referred to as a "medical device", to the Contracting Authority's headquarters.

2. Detailed requirements regarding the minimum technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
